- Estimated benefit amounts and eligibility scores

Estimates Only: All benefit amounts, eligibility scores, and savings figures displayed in the App are estimates only. Actual eligibility and benefit amounts are determined solely by the relevant government agencies based on their specific criteria and your complete application.
Not Professional Advice: The App does not provide financial, tax, legal, or professional advice. Information provided is for general educational and informational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
No Guarantee of Benefits: Use of the App does not guarantee that you will qualify for or receive any benefits. Eligibility is determined by government agencies, not by Owed.
Third-Party Programs: Owed is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency. All benefit programs referenced are administered by their respective agencies.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Owed offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for subscriptions.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
- Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies
5. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Profile information you provide during onboarding is stored locally on your device and is used solely to generate personalized benefit recommendations.
6. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information when using the App
- You are responsible for verifying all information before applying for any programs
- You are solely responsible for completing and submitting applications to government agencies
- You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Zero Billion Apps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Billion Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of benefits, lost savings, or missed deadlines.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
